Special officers from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), India's drug police, found him in Dubai and brought him home on an Air India flight.

He also said the government wants to destroy the whole network of people who help these criminals.
The officers caught Basoya by watching the criminal network from top to bottom and bottom to top.

Basoya, accused of masterminding an international drug syndicate, was brought from Dubai to India on Air India flight 4310 after an NCB Red Corner Notice led to his arrest in Dubai.
Basoya is an accused in the Pune drug case involving narcotics allegedly worth Rs 6,000 crore and is considered close to Sandeep Dhunia, main accused in a Delhi Police drug case worth around Rs 13,000 crore, who reportedly travelled from Dubai to Pakistan.
