The government of India has many online tools to help people use official services without going to offices.

DigiLocker is like a digital safe where people can keep important documents such as certificates.

UMANG is an app and website that brings many government services together in one place.

The government recently told its lawmakers that more than 72 crore people have signed up for DigiLocker.

More than 11 crore people have registered on the UMANG platform.

In the last three years, people used DigiLocker to access documents about 72 crore times.

UMANG helped with about 798 crore transactions in the same period.

The government has also set up Common Service Centres in villages so people in remote areas can get digital services easily.

Thousands of these centres are run by women who run small businesses in their villages.

These tools help Indians use government services in a fast, easy, and paperless way.
