He accused them of using that label to hide the deaths of children.

He claimed encephalitis and brain fever have now been wiped out in Uttar Pradesh.

He made these comments in Bahraich.

He was there to open an upgraded railway route.

The route is 56.15 kilometres long and has been electrified.

The event also began with a two-minute silence for people affected by floods in Nepal.
