IMD forecasts heavy rainfall in Odisha as low pressure forms

There could also be thunder, lightning, and strong winds.

The leader in charge of safety in Odisha, Suresh Pujari, told people to be careful.

Some parts of the state still have floodwater left from earlier rains.
