Modi urges Centre, state, industry to collaborate for Viksit Bharat

On Saturday, the leader of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, gave a special speech.

He spoke from a famous old fort called the Red Fort.

He talked to the whole country from New Delhi.

Mr. Modi said the central government, state governments, and businesses must work together.

They should make improvements called reforms.

He said people and groups should change old habits and old ways of thinking.

They also need new goals.

The big goal is to make India a developed country by the year 2047.

That goal is called Viksit Bharat.
