Ceigall India and Sushee Infra & Mining will work together to build part of a highway in Arunachal Pradesh.

The project was awarded by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

It covers 82.4 kilometres of the Lada-Sarli section of NH-913, also called the Frontier Highway.

The companies will build the road using an engineering, procurement and construction contract.

They have 48 months to finish the construction.

They must maintain the road for another five years after it is completed.

Ceigall India owns 74% of the joint venture, while Sushee Infra & Mining owns 26%.

The company said the project will strengthen road connectivity in the region.

Reports differ on the value, with two citing ₹704.70 crore and one citing ₹707.40 crore, excluding tax.
