Ceigall India JVs Secure Rs 2,424 Crore Frontier Highway Orders
Ceigall India’s joint ventures won five road-building projects in Arunachal Pradesh.
Together, the projects are worth about Rs 2,424 crore.
The roads are part of NH-913, also called the Frontier Highway in the company’s statement.
The projects cover nearly 278 kilometres.
One new project is worth Rs 274.08 crore.
Ceigall India owns 70% of the joint venture for that project, while Rajinder Infrastructure owns 30%.
Four other projects belong to a joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining.
The roads will take between 36 and 48 months to build, followed by five years of maintenance.
The company said the work could improve connectivity and support economic development in the region.
Ceigall India shares rose 6% after its joint ventures secured five Frontier Highway Letters of Acceptance worth Rs 2,423.70 crore.
The latest award is a Rs 274.08 crore EPC package for a 37.565-km stretch of NH-913’s Bile-Migging section.
The package was awarded to a joint venture in which Ceigall India holds 70% and Rajinder Infrastructure holds 30%.
Four earlier packages, worth Rs 2,149.62 crore, were awarded to the Ceigall India-Sushee Infra Mining joint venture.
The five projects cover nearly 278 km in Arunachal Pradesh and include construction periods of 36 to 48 months followed by five-year maintenance periods.
