A big change is happening at the train stations in Navi Mumbai, a city near Mumbai in India.

For more than 30 years, a planning group called CIDCO helped build these stations.

Now, CIDCO is giving all 17 stations to Central Railway, the group that runs the trains in the area.

On August 14, 14 of the stations were officially handed over, and three more were handed over earlier on June 22.

Many of the stations have shops and offices built next to them by CIDCO.

This means the stations can earn money from advertisements, signboards and parking.

Starting October 16, Central Railway will take over all of this commercial business.

Some other paperwork, like land plans and water and electricity agreements, will be finished by the end of October.

Central Railway will also slowly take over services like cleaning, toilets and maintenance.
