Modi Holds Talks With Putin At SCO Summit
Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Bishkek.
They met during a large meeting of countries called the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, or SCO.
The leaders talked about how India and Russia work together.
Their topics included trade, investment, energy and defence.
Reports also said they might discuss the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the crisis in West Asia.
Putin was scheduled to hold several other meetings during his visit.
The SCO summit was also expected to discuss security, terrorism, trade and digital cooperation.
Modi and Putin are expected to meet again when Putin travels to India for the BRICS summit.
