Telangana launches smart ration cards for 1.06 crore beneficiaries

Azharuddin said digitalisation will eliminate the inconveniences of old ration booklets and make welfare delivery transparent and timely.
The minister praised CM Revanth Reddy and Civil Supplies Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, citing welfare schemes like free bus travel for women and fine-quality rice.
