Naidu to Launch ₹1,838-Crore Water Projects in Visakhapatnam
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will visit Visakhapatnam on September 19.
He will give house-site papers to eligible poor families.
He will also start five water and infrastructure projects.
Together, the projects are worth ₹1,838 crore.
One project will provide water all day and night in Madhurawada and nearby areas.
Other projects will improve water supplies for industries and homes.
New meters, computers and monitoring systems will help manage the water network.
Another project will reduce leaks and water losses.
Four projects will receive foundation stones, while one project will be opened for use.

Projects worth ₹117 crore and ₹150 crore will modernise bulk-water connections and build an industrial pipeline to HPCL and other industries.
Naidu will inaugurate a ₹446-crore leakage-reduction project, while foundation stones will be laid for the other four projects.
