BJRS (Gallops) Restaurant at Mahalaxmi Racecourse was cited for pests, grease, damaged packaging, poor drainage and missing health records.
Dreamer Hospitality Pvt Ltd and Mirari, both in Bandra West, had their licences or registrations suspended under food-safety hygiene rules.
Gufran Seekh Corner in Versova was ordered to stop operating because it lacked a valid food licence or registration.
Gurukrupa Dairy Products in Malad East had about ₹15.15 lakh worth of alleged adulterated ghee, ingredients and equipment seized.
