The leader of Himachal Pradesh is called the Chief Minister, and his name is Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.

He wants to build new industrial parks, which are special areas where factories can be built.

Mr. Sukhu asked the national government in New Delhi to say yes quickly to his plans.
