Police found a hidden Maoist weapons store in Malkangiri, Odisha.

The search happened near the border with Chhattisgarh.

Surrendered Maoists gave police information about the location.

Officers found guns and several explosive devices.

They also found mines, wires, batteries and a radio antenna.

Maoist banners, books and clothing were recovered too.

Police think the materials belonged to a Maoist group called the Andhra-Odisha Border Special Zonal Committee.

The district police chief said more searches will continue for other hidden stores.
