Seven militants arrested in Manipur; arms, ammunition seized
In a place called Manipur, police officers and soldiers worked together to catch some bad people.
These people belong to groups that are not allowed to exist, and their groups have names like KCP, PLA, RPF, and KYKL.
The police say these people did bad things, like taking money from people and making young people join their groups.
During the operation, the police also found lots of dangerous weapons, like guns, grenades, and a bomb.
Taking away these weapons makes people safer.
The police also put up many checkpoints on the roads to watch who is driving around.
They guard trucks that carry food and other things people need on a big highway called NH-37.
All of this is to make sure everyone in Manipur stays safe.
Seven militants belonging to banned insurgent groups were arrested in Manipur during joint operations by Manipur Police and Central forces over the past 24 hours.
