Telangana Delivers One-Third of Electoral Roll Anomaly Notices
Election officials in Telangana found problems in some voter records.

The Election Commission of India issued more than 31 lakh notices to Telangana voters whose details showed anomalies.
The notices were generated by ERONET from records involving 92.88 lakh voters with anomalies.
Hearings have been completed for 1,94,737 notices at Assistant Electoral Registration Officer level.
Officials said the remaining 61 lakh notices will be delivered in phases and heard within the stipulated period.
Telangana received 9,07,292 claims and objections, including applications for enrolment, deletions and corrections.
