Mumbai Civic Body Launches Portal To Track Construction Waste

Mumbai’s civic body has created a new online system for construction waste.

This waste can come from repairing, renovating or building homes and other structures.

The system is called the Mumbai Debris Control and Tracking System.

It records where the waste is created.

It also tracks where the waste is taken and dumped.

The system applies to residents, builders, government agencies and contractors.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation launched it to make the process more organized.

This means construction debris in Mumbai can now be monitored through an online portal.
