Telangana CM Revanth Reddy directs grand Khelo India Games-2026 preparations

The leader of a state in India called Telangana is planning a big sports event.

The event is called the Khelo India Youth Games-2026.

Young athletes from different states across India will come to play in about 20 different sports.

The event will be held in Hyderabad, the capital city of Telangana, in December.

The leader, Mr. Revanth Reddy, told his officials to make the event grand and memorable.

The state government will give the money needed to build and fix sports stadiums.

Officials will check the stadiums and improve them so they are ready for the athletes.

Mr. Reddy also wants famous athletes and movie stars to come to the opening and closing ceremonies.

He told everyone to plan carefully and finish all preparations before the games begin.
