Amit Shah Reviews Gujarat’s 2030 Commonwealth Games Preparations

Amit Shah is visiting Gujarat for several official programmes on Thursday.

He will first open a newly built lake in Amreli district.

Then he will go to Ahmedabad to check preparations for the 2030 Commonwealth Games.

India has also asked to host the 2036 Olympics, but those Games have not yet been awarded to Ahmedabad.

Shah will look at the city’s sports facilities and construction projects.

He will attend a graduation ceremony at Gujarat Vidyapith, where 900 students will receive degrees.

He will also attend a pharmaceutical awards event.

His final programme will be a public meeting with residents in the Bopal area.
