Kim Kardashian spoke with broadcaster Martin Brundle during a grid walk at the Singapore Grand Prix.
She was at the Marina Bay Circuit to support her partner, Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton.
Earlier in the year, Kardashian had stayed silent when Brundle approached her at the Monaco Grand Prix.
In Singapore, she joked that she might not have known the rules and asked if they had got off on the wrong foot.
She said she was confident in Hamilton and hoped for the best in the race.
Hamilton qualified third, behind team-mate Charles Leclerc and Red Bull driver Max Verstappen.
The Singapore Grand Prix was due to take place on Sunday.
