FIA says human error disrupted Overtake Mode in Singapore sprint qualifying

Overtake Mode gives cars extra energy.

A Race Control error meant it was unavailable for a time after a red flag in Singapore sprint qualifying.

The FIA said the mistake affected some cars, depending on when and where they were on the track.

A separate timing problem delayed the next part of qualifying, but the FIA said later sessions were not affected.
