Riau police launch dashboard to help predict forest fires and track restoration

The dashboard uses satellite and location data to help spot fire risks earlier.

It can also map tree planting and suggest places that need environmental restoration.

The system is intended to help police prevent damage, not only respond after it happens.

Its impact will depend on turning the data into real action.
