Uttar Pradesh is planning a month-long campaign called Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.

It will run from September 17 to October 17.

The campaign will talk about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 25 years of public service.

It will also explain the goal of building a developed India by 2047.

Families who benefited from government programs will light lamps at home on September 17.

Children, families, volunteers, artists, officials and community groups will take part in different activities.
