Odisha BJP Plans Month-Long Seva Sankalp Campaign for Modi
The Odisha BJP is planning a month-long campaign connected to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday.
It will begin on September 17 and end on October 17.
People will be asked to light a lamp at home and take a pledge for a developed India.
Schools will hold drawing, speech and elocution competitions.
Blood donation camps and other service activities will take place across the state.
Anganwadi centres will discuss health and nutrition schemes with mothers and children.
Street plays and storytelling sessions will explain welfare programmes.
People will also be encouraged to complete service and beautification tasks in their communities.
The campaign will finish with a large gathering where representatives are expected to sing all six stanzas of Vande Mataram.
The Odisha BJP will run the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan from September 17 to October 17.
