Andhra Pradesh prepares massive infrastructure for 2027 Godavari Pushkarams
The Godavari Pushkarams are a large religious festival held near the Godavari River.

The government is preparing roads, bathing areas and transport facilities.

Officials have identified 4,932 infrastructure projects across six districts, costing Rs 4,026 crore.
A total of 440 ghats, AI crowd monitoring, drones, medical facilities and river-rescue teams are planned.
The government also plans temple tourism, green-energy buses, model panchayats and measures to protect the Godavari.
