Uttar Pradesh wants more Japanese companies to build businesses in the state.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath invited them to treat Uttar Pradesh like a second industrial home.

He said Japanese technology could work well with the state’s workers, land, infrastructure and large market.

The state is especially interested in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductors, clean energy and training workers.

Uttar Pradesh also proposed a special 500-acre area called Japan City near Noida International Airport.

Two Indian companies announced projects worth Rs 3,191 crore that could create more than 10,000 jobs.

Japanese and Indian officials also discussed green hydrogen, tourism and education.

Japanese delegates will visit several cities and Buddhist sites in Uttar Pradesh.

The state hopes these business and cultural connections will lead to more investment.
