Alakh Pandey backs PM Modi's free online coaching initiative

India has a big celebration called Independence Day, when the leader of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, makes a speech.

This year, he said the government will give free online classes to help students get ready for big exams.

Many families in India spend a lot of money on private coaching classes to help their kids pass these exams.

Mr. Modi wants to save those families that money, so every child can learn without having to pay.

The classes will be online, so kids in small towns and villages can also join, not just children in big cities.

Another person, Alakh Pandey, also said he supports the plan.

He said education should be free for every child in India and that he does not want any money in return.

Mr. Modi also talked about other things for young people, like learning about artificial intelligence and a new sports center.

His speech lasted 75 minutes, which is shorter than his speeches in the past four years.
