PM Modi announces free online coaching, AI training for youth

India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, made a big announcement during his Independence Day speech.

He said the government will give free online coaching to help students and job aspirants prepare for competitive exams.

Many families spend a lot of money on private coaching classes, and the Prime Minister said that is a heavy burden for poor and middle-class families.

He said families may be able to save thousands of crores of rupees, which is a huge amount of money.

The free coaching will be given online, using digital technology and the country's talent and teachers.

The Prime Minister also said that one crore — which is ten million — young people will be trained in AI skills in the next year.

AI, or artificial intelligence, is technology that helps computers learn and do smart things.

This free coaching may help students who live far from big coaching centres or cannot afford high fees.

The Prime Minister said India should become a developed country by 2047, and the youth will be the biggest beneficiaries.

Earlier, some students had protested about the NEET-UG exam paper leak and the pressure of the coaching system.
