Karnataka Congress Leader Shot Dead in Udupi; 3 Held
A man named David D'Souza was a leader of the Congress party in a state in India called Karnataka.
He was shot and sadly passed away on Friday afternoon.
The shooting happened near a church complex in a place called Mudarangadi.
Police think the shooting was a paid crime, sometimes called a contract killing.
They believe it may have been connected to a money argument about a construction project.
Two people came on a motorcycle, and one of them shot at his head.
The whole thing was caught on a security camera.
Police arrested three men, who come from different states in India.

Three men were arrested: Raju, 42, of Uttar Pradesh; Ajay Rastogi alias Anmol, 23, of Uttarakhand; and Jiyahul Vazool Shek alias Deepak, 38, of Bihar.
The shooting happened around 3.45 pm near the St Xavier Church complex in Mudarangadi, Kapu taluk.
CCTV captured two men arriving on a motorcycle, one of whom fired at D'Souza's head.
