MY Bharat Hosts Swachhata Pakhwada Programme at SRIT College

A group called MY Bharat held a special programme about keeping things clean in Anantapur.

MY Bharat works with the government's youth department.

The programme took place at the SRIT College auditorium on Monday.

It was called Swachhata Pakhwada, a special period dedicated to cleanliness.

Students, NSS volunteers and other young people took part in fun competitions like quizzes, painting, photography and writing slogans.

These activities taught everyone why cleanliness and personal hygiene matter.

Officials who came to the event said cleanliness should become a daily habit.

They asked young people to lead cleanliness efforts in their communities.

Everyone at the event took the Swachh Bharat Pledge to keep their surroundings clean.

Winners received prizes and certificates for taking part.
