Agriculture Students Promote Cleanliness in Nagarkurnool Villages

Some college students who study farming went to two villages to help make them cleaner.

They were part of a programme called Swachh Pakhwada, which is about keeping places neat and tidy.

The students cleaned public spots, including temple grounds.

They also knocked on doors to talk to families about washing hands, throwing rubbish away properly, and taking care of nature.

On the school grounds, they planted vegetable saplings in a new kitchen garden.

They taught students that growing and eating fresh vegetables is good for your health.

The organisers said cleaning should not happen just for one day.

They want everyone to make cleanliness a part of everyday life.

Farmers, students and villagers were asked to work together to keep the villages clean, green and healthy.
