North Andhra railway zone: Will it meet people's expectations?

People in North Andhra waited for a very long time for their own railway zone, and now their dream has come true with help from the Central government.

But having a new zone is only the beginning.

People now hope to get more trains, more places where trains stop, nicer stations, and faster completion of bridges.

Railway officials are listening carefully to what passengers and local leaders are asking for.

They are working on plans to add new train services and extra stops.

The railway says new services need approval from the Railway Board because many trains travel through other zones.

Around 300 bridge projects are being built, and officials want to speed them up.

They are also planning to build more railway lines along the coast so more trains can run.

Right now, about 170 train services run on the corridor each day.

Everyone is waiting to see if the promises turn into real improvements on the tracks.
