Three Kanwariyas Killed, One Injured in Punjab Car Accident
Some people called Kanwariyas were walking along a big road in Punjab very early in the morning.
They were walking home after fetching holy water from a faraway place called Gangotri.
Suddenly, a very fast car hit them from behind.
The crash was so strong that three people were hurt very badly.
At the hospital, doctors said the three people — Mahinder Pal, Deepak and Jagdish Mittal — had passed away.
One more person, Mukesh Kumar, was also hurt very badly and needed medical help right away.
The accident happened on the Sirhind GT Road in a district called Fatehgarh Sahib.
After the crash, the driver of the car drove away from the spot.

The accident occurred around 2:15 AM near Dada Motors, while the pilgrims were returning to Kotkapura in Faridkot district after collecting holy water from Gangotri in Uttarakhand.
The deceased were identified as Mahinder Pal alias Gagan (43), Deepak Kumar (42) and Jagdish Mittal alias Kalu (40), all residents of Kotkapura in Faridkot district.
The injured were shifted to the Civil Hospital, Fatehgarh Sahib, where doctors declared three of them dead; critically injured Kanwariya Mukesh Kumar was rushed for medical treatment.
A case has been registered at Sirhind police station, and efforts are underway to trace the driver, who fled the spot after the collision.
