Six Pilgrims Killed, 14 Injured in Haryana Expressway Crash

A group of pilgrims was traveling in a pick-up vehicle in Haryana.

They had visited temples in Rajasthan and were heading toward Vrindavan.

Early Tuesday morning, their vehicle crashed into a truck that was standing still.

Six people died in the crash.

Fourteen other people were injured.

Police think the driver may have fallen asleep.

The driver reportedly left the scene after the crash.

The injured were taken to a hospital, and the bodies were sent for postmortems.

The victims came from Mainpuri district in Uttar Pradesh.
