The train will cover 428 kilometers each way, taking 8 hours 10 minutes outbound and 8 hours on the return journey.
The daily Mail service will stop at Phaphund, Etawah, Tundla, Hathras, Aligarh, Khurja, Dadri, and Ghaziabad.
Indian Railways says the service will improve overnight connectivity between Kanpur, the Delhi region, and stations along the route.
