Western Railway Revises Mumbai Local Timetable From September 1 To Ease Borivali Crowding · freepressjournal.in

Western Railway is changing the Mumbai local train schedule starting September 1.

The total number of trains will stay the same.

Some trains with fewer passengers will be replaced by trains on busier routes.

Two evening trains from Churchgate will not stop at Borivali during busy hours.

This is meant to reduce waiting and delays at Borivali station.

Borivali passengers will still have other trains, including a 6:28 pm AC local.

There will also be two more weekday AC services.

Some trains will travel farther, and new late-night services will be added.
