Imagine a place where it rains so much that it causes problems for everyone.

That happened in a state in India called Himachal Pradesh.

Because of the heavy rain, 313 roads were closed so people could not drive on them.

Some places lost their water supply, and some electricity transformers stopped working.

The weather experts said more heavy rain could come until August 18.

The town of Dhaulakuan got the most rain, 80.5 millimeters.

The district of Mandi had the most closed roads of all.

Sadly, one person died and two were hurt when a big rock fell on their car.

Since the rainy season started on June 30, 70 people have died in rain-related accidents.

Schools were also closed in some areas to keep children safe.
