MG Hector Tomahawk EV and PHEV Launch in Hyderabad
JSW MG Motor India has brought a new SUV called the Hector Tomahawk to Hyderabad.
Buyers can choose an all-electric version or a plug-in hybrid version.
The electric model uses a large battery and can travel up to 517 kilometres on one charge, according to the company.
The hybrid model can drive more than 115 kilometres using electricity alone.
It can also use a petrol engine for longer trips.
The SUV has a large screen, connected features, comfortable seats and space for up to seven people.
Its battery includes several safety tests and a battery warranty for the first owner.
The company says the vehicle can also send power to homes and other equipment.
JSW MG Motor India has introduced the Hector Tomahawk in Hyderabad with EV and PHEV powertrains.
The EV starts at ₹13.99 lakh plus ₹4.90 per kilometre in battery rental, while the PHEV starts at ₹21.79 lakh plus ₹3.20 per kilometre.
The Hector Tomahawk EV offers a claimed 517-kilometre range, while the PHEV provides more than 115 kilometres of pure-electric driving.
The SUV includes a 15.6-inch display, i-SMART 3.0 connectivity, advanced safety systems and seating for five or seven occupants.
The company says the model supports vehicle-to-home power use and offers a combined range of more than 1,100 kilometres.
