Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project Advances With ₹986 Crore Power Package
Bengaluru is building a new railway system for people who travel between the city and nearby areas.
The system will cover about 148 kilometres.
It will have four routes and 57 stations.
The routes will connect places including Devanahalli, Chikkabanavara, Whitefield and Rajanukunte.
K-RIDE has invited bids for electrical equipment and power systems worth ₹986 crore.
