Uttarakhand CM Dhami: India Passing Through Amrit Kaal, Rising Superpower
A leader of an Indian state called Uttarakhand gave a speech about India.
His name is Pushkar Singh Dhami.
He spoke at a special parade called the Tiranga Yatra in the city of Dehradun.
The parade happens before India's Independence Day, which is on August 15.
India will celebrate its 80th Independence Day this year.
Mr. Dhami said India is becoming a strong and important country in the world.
He said India is growing its economy and making its own technology.
The event is part of a campaign called 'Har Ghar Tiranga', which means the tricolour flag in every home.
The campaign asks people to fly the Indian flag and remember freedom fighters.
This year, people will also celebrate 150 years of a famous patriotic song called 'Vande Mataram'.

The Tiranga Yatra is part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2022 under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
This year's celebrations will focus on 150 years of 'Vande Mataram', with rallies, concerts, tricolour lighting, and the 'Selfie with Tiranga' initiative.
