The Andhra Pradesh government has given permission for night-time boat cruising on the Krishna River in Vijayawada.
This is to help tourism, but there are rules to keep everyone safe.
Boats can run until 10 PM between Punnami Ghat and Bhavani Island.
However, they must stop if there are floods, bad weather, or if the Water Resources Department says it's not safe.
The boats must stay on a marked path and not bother the fishermen.
They also can't go too close to the Prakasam Barrage.
This way, people can enjoy boat rides at night while staying safe.

Boating is prohibited during monsoon, floods, or adverse weather conditions.
