Trains take people from one city to another.

Sometimes, many people want to travel at the same time.

Then the railway company adds extra trains called special trains.

South Western Railway is adding a special train between Bengaluru in Karnataka and Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala.

The special train will leave Bengaluru on the evening of August 20, 2026.

It will travel all night and reach Thiruvananthapuram on the morning of August 21.

On the way back, it will leave Thiruvananthapuram on August 22 and reach Bengaluru the next morning.

The train will stop at many stations in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

It has 20 coaches, including sleeper berths and air-conditioned coaches.

People could book tickets starting at 8 am on August 16, 2026.
