Women Students Build Generative AI Solutions at Delhi-NCR Hackathon
A hackathon is a competition where people quickly build technology projects.
In Noida, 312 women students and aspiring developers joined one focused on Generative AI.
They worked in teams to solve problems connected to education and careers.
One team made a tool to help women plan a career change over 90 days.
The tool considered limits such as time and personal responsibilities.
Other teams created tools to improve access to learning.
They had to research problems, test ideas and improve their projects during the event.
Some participants will now go to a national final in Chennai.
The final will be held on September 10 at Logitech’s headquarters.
A total of 312 women students and aspiring developers took part in the Noida hackathon.
The Logitech and Aspire For Her event focused on education and career-development challenges.
Teams created Generative AI applications, including a tool producing 90-day career-change roadmaps.
Other projects aimed to expand learning access and tailor educational experiences for women.
Selected Noida participants will compete in the September 10 national finale in Chennai with 112 other finalists.
