Nashik Collector Directs Har Ghar Tiranga, Tree Plantation, Anti-Drug Campaigns
India is getting ready to celebrate Independence Day.
In a place called Nashik, a government leader named Ayush Prasad wants everyone to join in.
He has asked towns to take part in the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, which means putting the Indian flag in your home.
There will be fun events like parades, bicycle rides, races and marches with torches at night.
People will sing patriotic songs and honor soldiers who died for the country.
The leader also wants people to plant trees as a gift to their mothers.
Every town has to make at least five small green forests using a special method called Miyawaki.
Students will take a promise to stay away from drugs.
Schools and colleges will hold painting and speech competitions.

Nashik District Collector Ayush Prasad directed the effective implementation of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga', 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' tree plantation and Nasha Mukt Bharat campaigns across the district.
The directives came at a review meeting with the chief officers of all 17 municipal councils in Nashik district.
Planned activities include rallies, bicycle rallies, marathons, torchlight rallies, patriotic song programmes and tributes to martyrs and freedom fighters.
Each municipal council was directed to develop at least five open plots using the Miyawaki method and ensure planted saplings are recorded on the designated portal.
Maximum participation was sought from NGOs, Ganesh mandals, schools, colleges, government offices, banks and companies, with students to take an oath to lead a drug-free life.
