Food Safety Team Seizes Suspected Ghee in Indore
The Food Safety Administration in Indore inspected four food businesses.
They collected 31 food samples and seized over 2,165 kg/litres of suspected ghee worth ₹12.21 lakh.
One unit, Shri Enterprises, was shut down for operating without a valid license.
Samples were taken from various businesses, including Duggu Enterprises, Kishanlal Mayaram Pvt Ltd, and Satguru Milk Product.
All samples will be tested in Bhopal, and legal action will be taken if any product fails safety standards.
