The company completed the acquisition of a 51 percent stake in Transcon Ind Ltd., making it a subsidiary from April 3, 2026, and added a Power Transmission & Distribution Equipment segment that contributed Rs 106.5 crore in revenue.
Premier Energies terminated its proposed acquisition of KSolare Energy Pvt. Ltd. with no financial implications, and basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 10.45.
