The National Company Law Tribunal in Mumbai accepted the bank’s insolvency case.

The tribunal said the exact amount still needs to be worked out.

Rama Agro Foods did not appear to defend itself in the proceedings.

An insolvency professional will now take charge and try to resolve the company’s financial problems.
