Bhiwandi Police Arrest Driver After Seizing 500 Kg Suspected Beef
Police in Bhiwandi stopped a car early on September 4.
They said the car was carrying about 500 kilograms of meat they identified as beef.
The driver was identified as 22-year-old Shahid Khan.
Police said he tried to escape and drove toward an officer.
The officer moved aside and was not hurt.
Police later chased and stopped the car.
