275-Foot-Long Tricolour Leads Tiranga Rally in Nellore
In a city called Nellore, people got together for a special parade with the Indian flag before Independence Day on August 15.
The flag they carried was very, very long - 275 feet!
A minister named Anam Ramanarayana Reddy started the parade.
A district leader named Himanshu Shukla helped organise it.
Students, officials, leaders and local residents all joined the walk.
They marched towards a place called VRC while shouting patriotic slogans.
The parade is part of a theme called 'Partners in Nation Building'.
More events, like planting trees and social media campaigns, will happen before August 15.
On August 15, the big Independence Day celebration will take place at the Parade Grounds.
