Heavy rains close schools, highways across Himachal Pradesh's Kullu
It rained very hard in a part of India called Himachal Pradesh.
The rain was so heavy that the grown-ups decided to close all schools and colleges in a place called Kullu.
They did this so that kids and teachers would stay safe.
The weather office said the rain could cause big problems like landslides and floods.
Landslides happen when wet mud and rocks slide down hills, and they can block the roads.
Many roads in the state were closed because of the rain and mud.
Some places lost their water supply, and some electricity transformers stopped working.
The main highway from Mandi to Manali also had to close because of a landslide near a tunnel.
A special warning, called an orange alert, was given for a few other districts too.
It is important for everyone to stay safe when the weather is this wild.
